We have another cracking line up for May. Bob Beagrie will be up from Middlesbrough with extracts from his critically acclaimed new book The Seer Sung Husband……. Mike Edwards will be returning with his more of his wonderful and idiosyncratic poetry.

Mandy Maxwell never fails to impress with her unique take on the world and its foibles. We have music from Hannah Wiggins. Amanda Baker is making a welcome return after wowing the Cumberland with her first performance.Plus Slam winning poet Jay Arnott is back.

New comers always delight and surprise us all and this month we have Timothy Jago Morris, I saw him at the Tyneside Cinema Slam and you are in for a treat, Jake Campbell is here from Chester and wants to celebrate his birthday by performing his poetry at Ten by Ten. Doug Cairns lives in Whitley Bay and moved there to be closer to the things he loves: fish and chips, ice cream and sporadically sunny beaches.

Last but not least Barry Fox is back building on his great spot at Ten by Ten earlier this year.

It’s a no-brainer at a paltry £3.00.
