On Friday 23rd April, at 7.30 pm, Red Squirrel invites you to a celebratory event at South Shields Central Library for what would have been James Kirkup’s 92nd birthday: the first James Kirkup Memorial Poetry Competition event.
There will be readings from the competition winner and runners up, plus special guest readings by Red Squirrel Press poets Alistair Robinson and Tom Kelly. Anthology available.
