Ever been put off entering a slam because it was too intimidating
being up against all those seasoned performers before an audience wowed
by noise and spectacle? Well, why not try the Quiet Slam.
A more gentile approach to live poetry appreciation.
Less theatrics, more poetics.

If you wanting to be judged mainly on your writing
rather than your acting ability, this may be the event for you.

You will require five poems maxium for this event
but rules and number of rounds will be determined by number of poets taking part.
