Following two sold out shows in December and January, The Polite Room is back once again on Monday February 1st with more live music and poetry. Headlining before his UK tour will be local folkster Lucas Renney, playing songs from his critically acclaimed debut album ‘Strange Glory’ (“Rich, melodic magnificence – 9/10” NME).

We also have music from Northumberland’s Shipyard label in the form of the brilliant Martin Heslop as well as the beautiful songs of Kyla Clay Fox. Poetry this month comes from the wittily wonderful Scott Tyrell.

It’s the best show in town. And all for just £3. Monday Feb 1st, doors 7.30pm.
