The exhibition opened on December 15th and includes a pamphlet of poems created by ESOL students at Tyne Met College that I worked with during October and November.

The exhibtion charts the incredible Swan Hunters shipyard. Who will ever forget the ‘Esso Northumbria’ taking over the streets of Wallsend in 1969. I can close me and eyes and still see it.
