Red Squirrel Press and South Tyneside Libraries invite you to the launch of the anthology of the prizewinners of the Second Annual James Kirkup Memorial Poetry Competition.
Prize winning poets and all three judges, Red Squirrel Press poets Kathleen Kenny and Andrew McMillan and BBC Radio 3’s Ian McMillan will be reading.

Red Squirrel Press in association with the Lit & Phil invite you to a Literary Lunch with poet and playwright Tom Kelly, hosted by John Grundy.
We have previously facilitated 3 fundraising events in aid of the Lit & Phil Appeal and this is another in our continuing programme. Tom Kelly discusses his literary life, his poetry, his most recent play, Nothing Like the Wooden Horse, and Tom and Catherine, a musical on the lives of Tom and Catherine Cookson.
