Moth Publishing launches Northern Crime competition
Northern Crime is an innovative competition that aims to unearth and publish exciting new crime writing from writers who live and work in the north of England. Run by new crime imprint Moth Publishing, the competition is looking for fresh new voices, great stories with strong characters, and fiction that isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of the genre.
Writers have until 31 August 2011 to submit their work for consideration.
The winning books from the Northern Crime competition will launch the Moth Publishing imprint and be published in print and as e-books in 2012. The winning writers will receive a standard publishing contract, £1,000 prize money, and support to editorially develop their work, as well as benefiting from a marketing and PR campaign to support the publication of their books.
Full details of Moth Publishing and how to enter the Northern Crime competition are available at www.mothpublishing.com.
