Newcastle poet Kate Fox’s show is coming to Northern Stage this Wednesday. Fresh from the Edinburgh Fringe where the Sunday Telegraph called it “an autobiographical show that’s funny and affecting” and Three Weeks said “Kate Fox is a wonderful storyteller and this is a gem of a show”. It’s a rare chance to see Kate Fox mix the sort of topical poems she does on Radio 4’s Saturday Live, with funny poems you might have seen her do at gigs in the North East and more thoughtful poems she rarely performs on stage, all woven into the strange story of her life.
